As passionate boaters ourselves, we understand the importance of your boat's reliability at sea at all times for you and your families safety and enjoyment. Our in-house team of experienced, fully-qualified marine engineers operate from well-equipped servicing workshops in both Salcombe and our main boat servicing facility in Churchstow on the A379 just outside of Kingsbridge.

The Wolf Rock Boat Company have experienced tube experts in-house. If you damage your tube please get in touch, there are some tricks of the Trade that can hide all sorts of damage to your tube. We also offer a full tube valeting service, if your tubes are looking tired please get in touch, you will be amazed at what we can do to help and to get your rib looking pristine again.
We are also authorised repairers for Red Paddle and try and help with the repair of any paddleboard or inflatable boat.
We are the appointed dealer and service agent for SBS Trailers, the UK’s leading boat trailer manufacturer. The Wolf Rock Boat Company’s experts can carry out a full service and repair on all types of boat trailers.
The right trailer for your boat, correctly fitted and well maintained can take a lot of stress out of boating, just ask anyone who’s lost a wheel or a wheel bearing whilst trailering their boat. Your boat trailer is an integral part of the whole package, and it will help you explore way beyond the boundaries of what you thought was possible. Boat trailers that are immersed in water should be serviced every 3,000 miles, or every 6 months. This isn’t just advice from us – it comes from The National Trailer & Towing Association.

Steering Service & Repair
Upgrading/replacing or retrofitting electronics can make a world of difference to your boating experience.
Whether you would like a bigger plotter, to upgrade your music system or fit a Fish Finder The Wolf Rock Boat Company can complete all of these upgrades for you. We are authorised agents and approved fitters for Garmin and Fusion, which means you will be covered by the UK Garmin network assist programme if you have an issue whilst your new unit is still under warranty. We are happy to discuss your needs for your boat and work out the best package for you.
The Wolf Rock Boat Company offer a full valeting and hull refinishing service to add a sparkle to the inside and outside of your boat. Using specialist materials, fully-trained staff and lots of elbow grease, the results can be stunning.
In addition to cleaning, your boat can be ceramic coated or antifouled, upholstery can be repaired and steel work re-polished. If you require a valet to spruce up your boat prior to a new season, we are happy to discuss your requirements.
The Wolf Rock Boat Company is a SeaStar Solutions Sales & Service Centre – We are experts in the supply, fitting and servicing of hydraulic steering systems and have been fitting steering to all our new boat brands for the past 15 years.
A new steering system can transform the handling of your boat, especially if upgrading from a cable system. Our in-house team will be happy to consult with you on the issues you might be experiencing and to find the correct solution.
Storage & Winterisation
Launch & Recovery
The Wolf Rock Boat Company offer a full winterisation service and winter storage solution for your boat. With our collection service, we can help get your boat out of the water in order to prepare it for the winter months. As part of the winterisation process, we will ensure your boat is cleaned, drain the cooling system, correctly store the battery and perform all other vital tasks before safely storing your boat for the forthcoming months.
We also offer a shrink wrap service. We have secure fully covered inside storage facilities, as well as secure outside trailer or boat storage for both winter and summer months.

We offer a full boat launch & recovery service from Salcombe Harbour and the surrounding boating area. With advance notice we will transport your boat to the water, complete all pre-launch checks (inc fuel up if required) before then taking your boat to your mooring.
When your boating fun concludes, we will recover it from the mooring, pressure wash it and the trailer, flush out the engine, remove the bungs, and take everything back to our secure storage compound.
