SERVICE / RIGGING ENGINEER

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Wolf Rock Boat Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Service / Rigging Engineer to join our growing team. To work between our dual sites of Churchstow and Salcombe, this is a hands-on role to undertake servicing, maintenance, and rigging work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a passion for working on the water.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carrying out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on outboard engines

Installation and maintenance of marine systems and equipment

Rigging of new BRIG & GALA ribs
-
Electrical fault finding and system installation
-
Preparing boats for handover and commissioning
-
Supporting launch and recovery operations where required

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
ABOUT YOU
-
Proven experience in marine engineering, rigging, or a similar mechanical role
-
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Good working knowledge of marine electrical and mechanical systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving license
-
A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude
